• A new option to Enable or Disable the display of folders under the configured DML network folder

• Added the ability to use Extender scripts to generate content for the tray popup. We ship with 4 sample scripts: one that shows aging information for a customer, one that shows a customers credit status, one that shows open orders for a customer, and one that shows AR Customer Notes.
• Importing .notes files updates the existing note if multiple notes are not allowed for the same key.
• If you have 2 popup items with one set to show and fade and the other set to show, they will now both show in the same window and not fade away. It will only fade if all displayed items are set to fade.
• You can now pin the Alert Box / Popup to the side of the window. Moving the window drags the popup with it.
• If you use company colors then the Alert Box / popup window uses the same color.
• Alert Box has the ORGID and Screen name as a heading.

• Added the option to auto-start the tray to the Notes User Options so it can be set per-user.

Document Management Link

• When linking to SharePoint, DML can update and filter on two field labels and field values in SharePoint. For example you can sent the “partner type” field to “Vendor” and the “partner number” field to “1200” , and the “document type” field to “Invoice” and the “document number” field to “INV123”

• When linking to a Network Folder, DML can optionally create the folder required

• When linking to a Network Folder, DML can optionally rename the file as it is being dragged/copied into the folder

What is new in Report Runner V6.1

• For the running and maintenance of Crystal Reports, there is now only one screen

• New parameter to be used with Crystal Reports, System Date : so that you can pass the current date into the crystal report. You can use the following commands for the "initial value" parameter

• {yyyy} for the system year

• {mm} for the system month

• {dd} for the system day

• e.g. Initial value {yyyy}{mm}{dd} would pass 20121101 as the date to the crystal report.

• If upgrading from a prior version, you need to copy all your custom reports from {custom report directory}\EBxxA.eng to {custom report directory}\EB61A.eng directory

• Document Management Link - allows you to show attachments in SharePoint or a Network folder 

• Notes
