What is new in the latest Updates
Orchid releases product updates regularly to introduce new features and to provide fixes to reported issues.
Below is a summary of the latest improvements for each module.
Bin Tracking
Bin Tracking PU13.00 (Dec 2024) -
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

Bin Transfer reconciliation report (OYBINREC.RPT) updated to use a temp table. Refer to Bin Transfer reconciliation Report - Printing

Product Update is compatible with Sage 300 version 2025. Version 2025 Compatibility release (December 2024).

EFT Processing
EFT Processing PU14.08 (Dec 2024) -
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

Ability to include *.EFT files in the Sage 300 customization directory in addition to the userformats.ini file. This is useful if you need to have file formats requiring ANSI format and others requiring UTF8 formats.

Fixes an issue with AR Refunds and Entries I select.

Extender
Extender PU12.18 (Dec 2024)
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

You need to restart the Sage desktop after installing Extender updates. If not, icons may be hidden.

Ability to add a progress bar in Extender UI scripts. See Meter.html in the VIXXA>Doc folder. Progress bar in Extender scripts

Modules screen has a Files tab where you can press Insert to add any file to the module. Refer to Adding files to a module

Extender can now do Popup forms.

Information Manager
What's New in Information Manager PU13.00 (Dec 2024)
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

For all versions, DML users are now configured in the Information Manager license screen. Enable a Sage 300 user as a DML User

For versions 2025 and 2024 only, Web Screens are available for Notes and Document Management Link - I/M Web Screens - Notes and DML

Inter-Entity
Inter-Entity PU14.02 (Oct 2024) -
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

IET G/L Transactions & Reallocations - fixed an issue where IET was failing to process AP or AR reallocations when the G/L batch did not contain any inter-entity balancing entries.

Process Scheduler
Process Scheduler PU12.07 (Nov 2024)
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.
Enhancements to SendEmail action:

Send Test Email now displays the log if it fails to send the email.

Return Materials Authorization
Return Materials Authorization PU13.02 (Dec 2024)
Applies to versions 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.
RMA Transactions - on changing customers in an RMA document the RMA Template code will be updated on the document to whatever is used by the new customer. Previously, this wasn't happening, leaving the RMA doc with the template used by the previous customer when selecting a new customer.
