• Fixes issue with SendEmail action

• New $ATTACHLOG variable available in Message templates.

• Fixes an issue when saving passwords in PS Companies screen.

• Process Scheduler validates the user details entered on the P/S Options and P/S Companies screen.

• Returns an error if the schedule cannot connect to the database when scheduling Report Runner.

• Process Scheduler now supports complex passwords. You need the latest update of Sage 300 System Manager to enable complex passwords. Refer to Sage help for details. There is no special configuration in the Orchid module.

• Support for Emailing using Microsoft Graph. This option lets you email using Office 365 with Modern Authentication. Refer to Office 365 and Microsoft Graph

OZIntegrityCheck.exe renamed to OZProcessScheduler.exe.

For backwards compatibility, both programs exist in versions 2021 and 2020. When configuring a new site, use "OZProcessScheduler.exe.

Process Scheduler is now compatible with Sage 300 2017. Process Scheduler includes new actions:

• A new Level I action to “Run an Extender Script” - (Note: This is only available if Orchid Extender module is activated).

• A new Level III action to “Close earliest open period” per module

• A new Level III action to “Open next period” per module

• A new Level I action to “Run an Extender Script” - (Note: This is only available if Orchid Extender module is activated).

• A new Level III action to “Close earliest open period” per module

• A new Level III action to “Open next period” per module

• A new tab on the Process Scheduler Options showing the installed product update and product updates released since the installed product update to allow for easier viewing/checking of the installed against current product update

• New Actions

1. To e-mail specific users with a refreshed Info-Explorer cube (Level 1)

2. Check disc space on nominated drive, and send an e-mail if less than x% is free (Level 1)

3. Open new fiscal year (Level 3)

4. Close last fiscal period and open next fiscal period (Level 3)

• More configurable options when running AR, AP, Bank Services and PJC

• Define e-mail templates to be used when sending status e-mails from Schedules

The "Send e-mail" selection for Schedules was extended to include "Don't Send" for those instances when you do not whish to be alerted via e-mail that a schedule has been run :

• Send e-mail : Always / Only if error / Don't Send

The Audit Log Inquiry has been extended to include a F9 Zoom page to show more details on Schedule actions run
