How to Install TeamWork
Overview
You install, activate and configure the Sage 300 modules (steps 1 to 4).
You can then import TeamWork modules and configure them in Extender (steps 5 to 9)
Install and configure Sage 300 modules

Install Sage 300 modules: A/C Chat, Extender and Information Manager Notes

Activate in Sage 300 Administrative Services

Enter activation codes in the appropriate Licence screens.

Add Workflow Users in Extender Licence screen

Email settings (if you need to send emails as well as Chat messages)

Add Workflow Colours

Security considerations:
-
Depending on how A/C Chat web service is configured, you may need to adjust Registry settings to allow scripts in the user's temp folder.

To view and open in Sage 300 documents added in the A/C Chat application, you need to ensure the Windows users have network rights to the folders where attachments are saved.

Enable TeamWork Approvals in Extender

Import TeamWork module in Extender Setup > Modules

This enables the integration between A/C Chat and Extender to create chats and to display chats in Information Manager Notes.

Configure the A/C Chat user credentials to create chats in the workflow templates.

Import TeamWorkAP, TeamWorkAR, TeamWorkGL, TeamWorkIC, TeamWorkOE, TeamWorkPO, or other modules

Restart the Sage desktop
