Configure TeamWork connection details
After importing the TeamWork module in Extender Modules screen, you need to enter the connection details.
Step 1: In Extender Modules, select the TeamWork module.
Step 2: On the Tables Tab, select the table. Right click and select Custom Table Editor.
Step 3: Enter the A/C Chat user and password used so TeamWork workflow can create chats.
Tip: When you save the details, a token is saved to connect Extender workflow and A/C Chat.
Tip: Use a dedicated user for better audit.
You are now ready to setup TeamWork for the Sage 300 applications and records you want to chat about and approve.
How to use the TeamWork module
To configure a workflow template to use TeamWork, you select an A/C Chat template in the ExtenderWorkflow Rules screen> options Tab. See Options Tab
