Return Materials Authorization Forms

Use the icons in the Forms folder to print or email documents to Customers.

RMA uses Sage 300 default configuration to send emails. It will use SMTP if the "Use SMTP" Option is selected on the Company Profile, or use Microsoft Outlook if the details are not filled in. For more details, refer to Emailing from Orchid Modules and Sage 300 v2017 PU2 SMTP Feature.

Note: To email, you need to set up at least one RMA Message Template RMA Email Messages Screen
Note:

If you choose to email to "Customer", RMA will use the delivery method set on the Customer in Accounts Receivable.

To use Sage 300 Multiple Contacts functionality, refer to Customer setup: RA and Multiple Contact

If you choose to email to "RMA Customer template", RMA will use the details on the RMA Customer template.

If no email is entered on the RMA Customer Template, the delivery method set on the Customer in Accounts Receivable will be used.
