Options Form - Screen Guide

Use the Notes/DML/Extender Tray tab to configure the SharePoint integration, Network Folder Integration, InfoSets, notes or Extender Script.

This applies to Information Manager - Notes, Optional Tables and Document Management Link.

Alerts can either be driven from

• from an Infoset (if you require the notes to take the form of specific values- reference/comment/description from the Infoset - for a key value)

• from a Note (which are free-format rich text, hyperlinks to documents or websites, or pictures stored by date, time, user id for a key valuestored by date, time, user id for a key value)

• from SharePoint (which displays a filtered list of SharePoint documents from a specified folder in SharePoint)

• from a Network Folder (which displays a filtered list of files from a specified folder on the network

• from an Run Extender Script to populate Notes (which displays data retrieved by an Extender Script. This option is only available when using the Orchid Extender module).

Note: Alerts can now display on a Sage 300 data grid entry without the need for a custom screen.
