Using Workflow Anywhere App

Logon to Sage 300

Use your Sage 300 credentials to logon to the App.

Requirement! User needs to be configured as a Workflow User and a Workflow Anywhere User. Understanding Workflow Users

View list of Outstanding Workflows

The list includes workflows assigned to you and to a group you are a member of.

It includes, the Workflow Template name, the key value (e.g. the customer number and name, the batch number), the workflow status,

Progress Workflow

Select a record to view some more details and access the buttons to progress the workflow. (e.g. Approve or Reject)

Select the appropriate Step (e.g. Approve).

If the workflow is configured to prompt for parameters (e.g. Reason to approve or reject), you can enter the comment on the App.

Follow the prompt to confirm your choice.

The workflow is immediately progressed according to the workflow in Sage 300.
