Fields and Controls
From Location
Enter the start Location for the inquiry, or leave as the defaulted blank
To Location
Enter the end Location for the inquiry, or leave as the defaulted entry
From Bin
Enter the starting Bin number, or leave as the default blank
To Bin
Enter the end bin for the inquiry, or leave as the defaulted entry
From Item
Enter the Item number to start the inquiry or leave as the defaulted blank.
To Item
Enter the start Item for the inquiry, or leave as the defaulted entry
Location
Displays the location detail
Bin
Displays the Bin number
Bin Description
The Bin Description is Displayed
Item Number
Displays the Item Number
Description
Description of the Item Number is displayed
Quantity in Stocking UOM
Displays the quantity on hand in stocking unit of measure for the selected bin
Total Quantity in B/T
Displays the quantity on hand in Bin Tracking for all bins in the location (in stocking unit of measure)
Quantity in I/C
Displays the quantity on hand in I/C Location in stocking unit of measure
Variance
Yes/No. Yes if the total I/C Location quantity does not equal the total BT Bin quantity in all the bins.
You can also use the variance report to look for mis-matched quantities, IC vs BT.
Serial Numbers
Click on the Zoom (^) button to view the Serial / Lot numbers
Lot Numbers
Click on the Zoom (^) button to view the Serial / Lot numbers
Lot Quantity
Click the Zoom (^) button to view the Lot Quantity and Lot numbers
Refresh
Click refresh to update the bin transfer documents displayed
CTRL
Click CTRL in any column to apply a filter – and select the filter. For example, to filter only “O/E Shipment” source documents, click CTRL in the “source document” column, and then select the “Source Document = O/E Shipment” source type as shown below.
If a filter is applied to the screen, the filter will be shown along the bottom of the screen.
