Serial/Lot Number Report Features

The Serial/Lot Number report lists the serial/lot numbers assigned to items that are returned.

Information printed on the report

The report lists:

• RMA header information (including RMA Number, Date, Customer Number Customer Name, Customer Credit Note Number, and RA Status).

• RMA detail information (including Item Number/s, Item Description, Workflow Stage, Quantity, Amount, and Original Customer Invoice).
