Customer Return Rate Report Features

The Customer return Rate report allows you to analyze returns by customer, and provides options which allow you to produce a variety of versions of the report.

Information printed on the report

The report lists:

  • Customer Number and Customer Name.

  • RMA detail information including Item Number/s, Item Description, Quantity and Amount Sold and Quantity and amount Returned, with Totals in Source and Functional Currencies.

  • Returns as a percentage of sales.

  • Grand total percentage is only in functional / home currency
Note:

Print detail

When you run in "Summary" (do not select ), Customer Return Rate report displays the total sales and returns for the selected customers and selected date range.

If you select "" , Customer Return Rate displays details by items for all the selected customers and selected date range. The "Detail" report does not show total sales for the customers on the report, but rather total sales for the items which have returns.
