RMA and Number Change modules

RMA Processing supports Sage 300's Vendor Number Change, Customer Number Change and Item Number Change modules.

You need to have RMA Processing and the Vendor/Customer/Item  Number Change modules installed to the same "Sage Programs" and "SharedData" directories. 

This will result in a common "...SharedData\3rdParty" directory with the appropriate files from both RMA  Processing and the Vendor/Customer/Item Number Change modules.

Steps to check your installation

If you have any issues with Number Changes, check the following:

  • Check you have a folder called "3rdParty" in the  "...\SharedData" directory

  • Ensure you have the "Return Material Authorization" entry in the  Customer Number Change ini file "srdll.ini" in the "...\SharedData\3rdParty" directory

  • Ensure you have the "Return Material Authorization" entry in the Vendor Number Change ini file "spdll.ini" in the "...\SharedData\3rdParty" directory

  • Ensure you have the "Return Material Authorization" entry in the Item Number Change ini file "sidll.ini" in the "...\SharedData\3rdParty" directory

  • Ensure you have the following files (.dll ; .DI1 ; .DI2 ; .DI3) in the "...SharedData\3rdParty" directory.  All files are prefixed by RAxx, where xx is the Sage 300 version you are running.  
    RAxxAAR.dll, RAxxAAP.dll, RAxxAIC.dll, RAxxA999.DI1, RAxxA999.DI2 and RAxxA999.DI3 files
