Infoset Codes - Infoset Details

Locked? - When you have entered all the information set data you need, you can Lock the information set to prevent further changes to the information set.

If security is enabled, you need to have the right to Lock / Unlock the information set to perform this task.

Locked Date - date the Infoset code was locked

Locked By - user id who locked the Infoset code

Multiple Infoset Transactions -  Tick this option if you want to allow multiple Information Set transactions for the same combination of Infoset Code and Infoset Field Values, but with distinct Infoset dates. (e.g. for the same Infoset code, same item number, same customer code you will allow multiple transactions - one for each Infoset Date).

Custom reporting would allow you to add all the values corresponding to the same combination to report on the final budget figure per period.

If you do not want to keep multiple records for the same combination of Infoset Code and Infoset Field values, then do not tick this option. For example, for each vendor and sales representative combination you want to store the contact details from the vendor - contact name, phone fax etc. These details are not "date" sensitive.

If this option is turned on for Information Manager as a whole, then you are allowed to turn it on or off for each Infoset Code you set up.

Default Category - Enter a default category (These categories have been setup in I/M Options > Note Categories)
