Gathering Information Manager Data

 

After you activate your Information Manager data, you must add the data from your company's present system to the Information Manager module

 

First, gather all your current Information Management records. These can be manual records or printed listings and reports from other software, such as:

  • Spreadsheets

  • The data entry forms and checklists.

  • You may be able to enter much of the Information Manager data by reading it directly from files created by another program. In Sage 300 this is called importing.
