Use this screen to define default e-mail templates for sending customers emails

Template: Enter the Email Template code

Description: Enter the Email Template description

Last Maintained: the date this email template was last maintained will be displayed

Active: Select if this email template is active

Subject: Fill in the required Email Subject

E-mail Body: Fill in the required Email Body

 

 

Field names can be used in the email body and subject, and will be replaced at with the value from the current shipment review when the email is sent.

$PACKAGES – a list showing Freight Package Code, Description, Quantity and Total Weight for the Shipment Review

$OEORDERNUMBER –  associated OE Order Number (when DOCNUMBER is the shipment or invoice number)

$OEORDERPONUMBER – PO Number on the associated OE Order

Use the field prefixed by a dollar sign ($)
