This screen allows you to assigne RGB codes to Colour Names which can be used in your workflow.
On the workflow console, a workflow instance will be coloured based on the COLOR value in the workflow instance. The "AssignColour" workflow action allows you to assign a colour to a workflow instance as part of the workflow.
Note: You can filter by up to 5 colors on the workflow console, but you can create as many colors as required.
Steps
- Enter a Colour Name.
- Click in the colour column to select the colour
Tip: Use a name that represents where you will use the colour (e.g. urgent), rather than just Red or Blue. This makes ongoing maintenance if you want to change the colour of Urgent tasks, you can change the "Urgent" colour rather than update all the Red colour.
