When this screen first opens, the program will scan for all the currently installed and activated modules in the open company and show them in the left hand window. A program group per active module will be created.
Open details for a view
Click on the plus sign (+) beside the relevant program group, a list of all the views will be displayed, sorted in view ID order.
Double click on the required view, the list of available view fields will be displayed in the right hand window.
You can also right click on it and select Open in New Window, or Export the selected view to a Text file.
Use view details
If you want to copy this text, right click or press Ctrl-C.
This is useful to copy and paste the field names to Extender setup screens or scripts.

Any one of these views can be included in the View Events and Scripts screen.

Any one of the view fields will be available for use in the attached PYTHON 3 scripts that are written for this view.

Fields can be included in message templates and Extender workflow templates.
Tip: You can press F5 to open a finder for the selected view and see the records in the database.
Shortcuts to Find views and fields
Using the Find field at the bottom of the screen, you can enter:
!rotoID - open specified view, e.g. !IC0310, !ICITEM will open the I/C Item view
!!rotoID - open specified view in a new window
#text - find specified text in current view
text - find specified text in current view, or find a view with that text in the name
