TeamWork Overview

TeamWork provides configurable alerts, notifications, and approval workflows for Sage 300 records in a chat interface.

  • TeamWork uses a combination of mobile or desktop chat apps, and Sage 300 screens.

  • Chats are stored and displayed in the context of Sage 300 transactions.

  • Documents added in the chat app can be viewed in Sage 300 desktop screens.

  • Some transactions can be initiated in the mobile app.

TeamWork is powered by AutoSimply A/C Chat, Orchid Extender, and Orchid Information Manager Notes.

Tip: Combine with Orchid Document Management Link to make signatures and photos captured on the mobile device available in Sage 300.

TeamWork applies to: 

  • Batches (G/L journals, A/P Invoices, A/R Invoices)

  • Transactions headers (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, I/C Transactions)
