Install TeamWork Module
TeamWork includes an Extender Module to enable the integration between A/C Chat and Extender.
How to use?
When the module is installed and configured, workflow templates can create Chat records and send messages to a chat. To configure, you select an A/C Chat template in the Extender Workflow Rules screen.
How does it work?
The TeamWork module includes :

Extender custom tables to configure the integration.

Workflow actions to use in Workflow Templates.

Extender Scripts to display A/C Chat details in Information Manager Notes.

Extender scripts to copy documents from the A/C Chat web server folder to the folder configured for Document Management Link.
How to install and configure?
Step 1: Import the TeamWork A/C Chat Integration.vi module in Extender Setup>Modules
This creates custom tables to add configuration details and adds workflow actions to use in Workflow Templates.
Step 2: Restart the Sage desktop.
Step 3: In Extender Modules, select the A/C Chat User Login table to enter the A/C Chat user and password used for the workflow to create chats.

Tip: Use a dedicated user for better audit.
Notes Integration
To display the content of chats in Sage 300 screens, you need to install and activate Information Manager Notes. The TeamWork.Notes.DisplayTeamChat script is run to display the chats when you open a configured Sage 300 screen.
The TeamWork module includes preset configuration for the following screens:
A/R Customer, A/R Customer Activity, A/P Invoice Batch Listing, G/L Batch Listing, O/E Order Entry, O/E Shipment, P/O Purchase Order and P/O Purchase Requisition.
There is no other configuration required for the preset screens.

Note: LinkType is the critical connection between the Notes and the Chats.
Document Management Link Integration
