Bin Tracking Customized Forms

Bin Tracking provides customized versions of the Sage 300 O/E, P/O and I/C forms that include the Bin allocation. Customized Forms can be amended like other Sage 300 forms using Crystal Reports.

You can copy the custom forms in the relevant customization directory.

Note:

Customized Forms with Bin Tracking details are installed in the OYxxA \ ENG folder where Sage 300 is installed. (e.g. OY73A\ENG for version 2026).

Users can browse to the OYxxA \ ENG folder to select the custom report or copy them to the appropriate customization directory.

For use in O/E Order Entry

to print a picking slip from OE Shipment.

to print a picking slip from OE Orders.

Note: The OE Order form shows the "theoretical" allocation of bins -> i.e. if a shipment was created right now. But this theoretical allocation of bins cannot take into consideration other outstanding orders -> as the true allocation of the bins only happens when the OE Shipment is created.

Note: Forms now include suggested bins for Kit components as well as regular Items.

For use in P/O Purchase Order

to print a PO Receipt form with Bin Allocation.

For use in I/C Stock Control Report

To use the reports, you need to copy it from the OYxxA \ ENG to the ICxxA \ ENG folder (e.g. OY73A\ENG to IC73A\ENG for version 2026).

to print I/C Transfer Slip report (use I/C Stock Control Report > Transfer Slips) in I/C and select the report.

to print labels from the PO Receipt screen.

Note: Select a PO Receipt Number with Item detail where the 'Number of Labels' is greater than 0 . For each item Received, the report multiplies the number of labels with the number of Bins allocated for the item to print the required number of labels.
