Tip: Logon details are different from the Orchid website logon details used to download products.
1.1.1 If you have logon details
Enter your user name and password
Your user name is your Orchid Customer Number. It can be found on the latest proforma renewals sent by Orchid.
Page 2,below the Orchid logo, includes your customer number, in most cases the first 3 characters of the partner name, followed by 3 numbers.
1.1.2 Forget your password
Use the retrieve your password function.
It will resend the password to the email address used for Orchid renewals.
1.1.3 Request logon details
If you don’t have details to logon to the portal, you can use the Request User Name and Password or contact support@orchid.systems
