What Can I do on the Partner portal?

The Orchid partner portal lets Business Partners view transactions, pay invoices and pro-forma renewal invoices by credit card, using a secure payment gateway.

You can also view activation codes of Orchid modules for all your end-users, including NFR Codes.

How Do I get partner portal logon details?

Partner portal is designed for the Orchid renewal contacts.

• If you are the contact for Orchid renewals, use the Request User Name and Password on the portal.

• If you are not the Orchid renewal contact, your admin / accounts team can provide you with information available on the portal.
